Hi, I am Emily, a stress counsellor.
From experience and learning, I know all about stress. How is it showing itself to you? Is it in your body with headaches, backaches or IBS. Perhaps it's leaving you forgetful, unable to concentrate and with a fuzzy brain.
I offer a free (20-30 minute), no obligation, video call on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, to discuss how I work and see if we’d be a good fit.
