Hi, I am Emily, a stress counsellor.
From experience and learning, I know all about stress. How is it showing itself to you? Is it in your body with headaches, backaches or IBS. Perhaps it's leaving you forgetful, unable to concentrate and with a fuzzy brain.
The struggle can be both mental and physical. Perhaps your body is trying to get you to slow down with occasional aches and pains. If you want to have some control back in your life, some time to stop, rather than constant rushing and worrying, then contact me, I can help.
The counselling session is time for you to release the stress going on in your life. I can make suggestions of techniques which have been used by myself and other clients . It's your time to escape from what is stressing you out.
I offer a free (20-30 minute), no obligation, video call on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, to discuss how I work and see if we’d be a good fit for each other.
