COUNSELLING FOR STRESS IN CHINNOR & Thame, Oxfordshire & Online

FEELING STRESSED?

Don't struggle alone...

HOW CAN COUNSELLING HELP ME WITH STRESS?

Too many things on your plate?

Feel like you can't cope?

The struggle can be both mental and physical. Perhaps your body is trying to get you to slow down with occasional aches and pains. If you want to have some control back in your life, some time to stop, rather than constant rushing and worrying, then contact me, I can help.

Stress is a reaction we have to a situation. It's a perfectly normal, natural response which is there to keep us alive. The more we have to react to the more we struggle. It's often a build up of one thing after another. It's a reaction that we all have, but we also need to be able to relax, to play, have fun. Too much stress isn't good for us.

The counselling session is time for you to release the stress going on in your life. I can make suggestions of techniques which have been used by myself and other clients . It's your time to escape from what is stressing you out. If you need to work to find solutions, we can do this, but this is your time, to use as you need to. If it's time out from your busy life to sit in silence, that you need, get in touch.

I offer a free (20 minute), no obligation, video call on Zoom or Teams, to see if we’d be a good fit.

I understand that stress can come from different areas of life and I can support you through counselling with;

Redundancy/Financial stress

Stress of bereavement/loss

Stress of a life event (moving home, marriage, divorce, a new baby)

Stress of dealing with a chronic illness

Stress of living with/managing persistent pain

Stress with relationships (friends & family)
